Mit seiner luxuriösen Hotelatmosphäre in den Schlafzimmern und den gemütlichen Wohn- und Küchenbereichen ist dieses Haus die perfekte Mischung aus Eleganz und Komfort!

Dieses wunderschöne Haus in Atlanta ist der perfekte Ort für einen Kurzurlaub! Ein modernes / zeitgemäßes Design mit einem Gefühl von Gemütlichkeit ist ein Gefühl, das Sie nicht in jeder Vermietung erleben können! Völlig neu, von den dunklen Nussbaum-Holzböden bis zu den glänzenden Edelstahlgeräten - dieses Haus wurde komplett renoviert, um der perfekte Ort für HomeAway-Mieter zu sein.

Jedes einzelne Möbelstück und alle Geräte / Utensilien sind aus der Verpackung nagelneu. Die schöne, geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf einen gepflegten und eingezäunten Garten bietet viel Platz für Outdoor-Aktivitäten. Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und ein Grill sorgen für einen schönen Grillabend mit Ihren Lieben.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Spielzimmer mit Tischtennisplatte, Dartscheibe und brandneuem 55-Zoll-Fernseher für den perfekten Filmabend! Zwei Schlafzimmer befinden sich auch im unteren Bereich, beide Queen-Size-Betten.

Decent property but the Host support was a train wreck.

Host was non- responsive and incompetant. Got the feeling they were over seas or a bot. No support on getting the WiFi working and it affected several of the guest ability to get some work done. Property is very large and can accommodate a large family.

This home was not quite as it was described. The furniture was very different while it did meet our basic needs we were still disappointed. The home is 7 bedrooms with only 2 tv’s one in main living area and a second in one of the bedrooms, a home this size should have more than two tv’s. On our first night we could not access the WiFi and that was an issue as one of my guests was working remotely. We only had hot water in one half of the home the converted garage that had two bedroom and a bathroom/ shower had no hot water. The outside of the home at the entry way had a lot of spiders we were having to swept them down everyday. As did the back patio covered in huge spiders we were unable to use it. The communication between me and the manager was good she was responding to questions and complaints promptly so that was plus . I would rate the overall experience in this home a 3

Family Wedding Weekend

My family and I for a total of 9 adults stayed at this property for a family wedding at the Fernbank Museum. The hosts always responded in a timely manner and the home does accommodate a large group well with many bedrooms and bathrooms. The large dining table sat 8 easily and we could use chairs from another room to seat all 9 of us. The open kitchen, dining living area was great for a large group. The home had adequate garbage bags, hand soap, paper towel and toilet paper for our stay which I appreciated. We had adequate dishes and the appliances all worked well. The home has some marks on the walls etc. But generally was in good condition. The guys were disappointed that they couldn’t watch any NFL football on Sunday since there was no cable or satellite TV. They did have good wifi with some channels available through apps. Some didn’t like the mattresses but most thought they were fine. The kitchen could have used some kitchen towels and the basement bathroom was missing a bath mat, but the rest all had adequate linens. 4 new bar stools for the kitchen island arrived during our stay which will help future guests since we only had 1 working bar stool during our stay. The home is close to a freeway and we heard lots of planes fly overhead but a sleep noise app helped with that. If we needed a place in the area I would stay here again. Overall we enjoyed our weekend together at this home.

Scam on insurance

We rented this property in 2020 for our son’s wedding and purchased the cancellation insurance but we had to cancel the wedding due to the mandated restrictions of large parties during the pandemic . Company would not honor the insurance and charged us anyway and said we could not use for COVID!!! Said we could use 2 years later but by then, no wedding. What good is insurance.? Scam

The photos were a misrepresentation of the home’s furnishing.

Through the years we’ve had great experiences renting in the Atlanta area at Christmas through VRBO . This home was a real disappointment & ironically the most expensive. My son saw a rat scurry across the wall downstairs. The dining room showed 9 chairs but there were 6. The kitchen showed 4 bar stools there was only one. The outside deck showed 2 sets of furniture there was one. Amenities listed a ping pong table & dart board but there were no ping pong balls or useable darts. The furnishings looked new in the photos but were very worn. The space (& #of bedrooms )was accurate.

Wedding weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was nice. Things I think would make it better: More seating in the living area. Only 4 real places to sit and with 10 people staying it was not comfortable to sit and visit. More plates and utensils are needed for a large group. There is not any spices, salt or pepper make sure you buy these at the store. You can cook basic things with the pots and pans they have but it is set up with only the basics. Back yard needs some work. Deck needed to be swept/ blown. TV was not working with the internet, had to hook up an HDMI with a computer to watch. Over all we enjoyed our stay with family and friends over the weekend of our daughters wedding. Would rent again if needed. Good value for the money.

We used this property to film a portion of a TV show. Everything was perfect. Sara was great communication with me, the check in process was seamless and and property is great. It’s spacious with lots of bedrooms, large open kitchen area (I love the kitchen / dining table) and. Nice private backyard. It’s perfect for a large family or group of friends.

Please read property descriptor thoroughly.

Check in was good. The neighbor hood was not what I was expecting as opposed to my other Vrbo stays. The house was nice enough BUT if you have teenagers or need to have TV's in all the bedrooms this IS NOT the property for you. Upon check in we found that 2 of the beds had the little towel art set up on them. This was a NICE touch EXCEPT the towels were SOPPING WET. Towels, covers on the bed everything had to be re-laundered dried so that the towels/covers could be used. I was just going to let it go UNTIL I receive a message that I am being charged $100.00 to replace 2 towels. Let me tell you I know Walmart/Ross towels when I see them. Will not be placing this property on my master planning/reservation list for my company OR family when booking additional stays in this area. Stay at your own risk.

Our Stay

Overall my experience could’ve been better. The first day/ night was great. The second day/night not so good. This property had a plumbing issue when we were there, which caused some part of the house to smell like sewer water. Plumbing was fixed but nothing was done about the smell or the mess from the water that was coming back up the pipes in the shower and the toilet. We weren’t able to use the bathrooms for a few hours and 8 of us had to use the 1 shower that wasn’t affected by the sewage issue which delayed our plans. Other than that property was just as advertised.

Plenty of room, some challenges

The unit hand plenty of space for our couples retreat. We arrived to check in at 4 as advised, but the cleaning crew was still working, and didn’t finish until almost 5:30, which was frustrating. They cleaning crew then left the trash bins outside so full we didn’t have any room to put our trash. They had to have someone come in the next day when we called it in. We did request an additional hour for checkout that they allowed. The AC was also acting up all weekend, and they had someone look at it twice and it would start to run warm after they left. We finally gave up on calling. All in all, we had a good time and the the kitchen was very well stocked. The patio area was very nice and shaded, and made for a nice spot. Oh….All the mattresses are very hard, which was ok, but not great. The pillows were paper thin in all the rooms. We legit had to fold our pillow to get through the night. On the fence on whether I would rent this property again.

Birthday Weekend Stay

The property was nice and very spacious. The only 3 issues I had was there are are no tvs in the bedrooms except one and you have to input your own information in the apps to watch tv. I felt like with the money we spent along with the additional fees they tack on that’s the least they could have provided. Also it’s only one couch in the living room and a chair. There was so much open space for another one so we’d all be comfortable while watching tv. Other than that it was a very nice place and I’d recommend it and stay again.

The home.is exactly as described. It's beautiful and very spacious

I will definitely rent this property again. We had all we needed in the home.. great place to vacation at!
