• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in / late check-out: Available upon request for a $40 service fee
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Only registered guests may stay overnight
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (please respect high-rise neighbors)
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes anywhere inside the unit
• No illegal substances on the property
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without prior written consent
• Pets: Not permitted unless pre-approved before booking
• Trash: Please dispose properly and use recycling bins where available
• Security: Lock doors and windows when leaving; do not tamper with smoke detectors or security systems
• Parking: Use designated paid spaces only, do not block driveways or neighboring access
• Damages: Report immediately; guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs

- Secure Guest Verification (Required Before Check-In)
To protect our guests against identity theft and ensure a secure stay, we require all booking guests to complete a digital verification process prior to arrival.
● How it works: Shortly after booking, you will receive a secure link from our verification partner, AutoHost.
● What is required: You will be asked to fill out a brief form confirming that the person booking is the guest who will be staying with us.
● Fee: There is a standard $35 verification fee required to process this secure check.
● Please note: Completion of this verification is mandatory to receive your check-in instructions.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of US$250 is required via electronic payment. The property charges this days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. A handling fee of 75 $USD may be applied if cash payment prefered.
