Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is about a 45–55 minute drive, depending on traffic. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area.

➤ Pool heating is available for an additional $90 per day and will be turned off upon check-out. (Example: If you stay 2 nights, you will be charged $180)

➤ To ensure the pool is warm for your arrival, please request pool heating at least 48 hours before check-in. This allows us to schedule our pool technician in advance. During the summer, the pool typically reaches the desired temperature within a few hours. In colder months, heating may take 12–24 hours.

➤ The pool is professionally serviced every Friday or Saturday. If your stay overlaps with one of these days, you may see our pool technician performing routine maintenance. This service helps keep the pool clean, safe, and ready for your enjoyment.

➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.

➤ Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras on the exterior.

➤ Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in upon request; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to assist.

➤ Starter Supplies: We provide a complimentary starter kit of essential supplies, including shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Please note these items are intended to get you started and are not restocked during your stay.
