Other Things to Note
Sofa in living room updated to Queen size sofa bed. Picture not updated yet..

The parking lot has space for two vehicles. The driveway ramp to the parking lot could be considered narrow (100"/ 8' 4'') so if you have a wide SUV /van you may want to fold your side mirrors in or street park in the adjacent neighborhood.
