Guests have access to everything in the house with the exception of the supply closet located in the basement and garage, which is reserved for our cleaning team and storage.

Guests will be granted access through a keyless entry system. The keypad is located at the front door only. Your unique key code will be provided to you 24 hours prior to your arrival date.

WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. Any signs of unauthorized guests that are not listed on the reservation or unauthorized party, you will be asked to leave the premise IMMEDIATELY with no refund and charged $5,000 for violating the no party policy.

Please do not walk around the community or up and down the street. Please do not smoke and/or drink alcohol in the front of the house.

Absolutely NO SPEAKERS are allowed to be used on the outside of the home AT ANYTIME. You will be charged $2,500 for disturbing the neighborhood.

For special events, please contact your host to make a booking today! Special events must be approved by host prior to your arrival.

Driveway can comfortably fit up to 10 cars only. NO STREET PARKING IS ALLOWED so if you have more than 10 cars please CARPOOL. Please do not park on the grass.

This home is for a MAXIMUM of 14 guests. Only guests that are on the reservation are allowed in the house unless prior approval was given by the host.

Extra guests are an additional $50/each. Extra guests include those who aren`t spending the night.

To keep the environment peaceful, any confrontations, disturbances in front of the home, or unnecessary involvement of law enforcement may be considered a disturbance of the peace and a violation of house rules.

Pool is seasonable and will be available for usage from June 1st - September 2nd unless advised otherwise. Jacuzzi does not get hot at this time. There is an additional fee for pool cleaning of $250 during off season and this service must be requested 72 hours prior to arrival.
