Our goal for your trip is to experience Atlanta, not Atlanta traffic lol Just minutes from downtown and Midtown. This location gives you the convenience of being minutes away from everything, but the seclusion to be able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city allowing you to relax

Less than 3-4 miles Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia World Congress Center, World of Coca Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Atlantic station Ponce City Market, Piedmont Park, the newly built Westside Reservoir Park full of nature with walking trails, picnic spaces, beautiful Rick Query and more. Add a couple more miles to the list and you have Zoo Atlanta!

We have also partnered with a shuttle service to provide your group with access to a first class experience for luxury travel that with a fleet of different vehicles to move around the city. This accommodation must be booked in advanced for proper scheduling. We can discuss this further once your booking has been confirmed

House Rules:

Noise ordinance City code Sec. 74-131. Quiet hours between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. Please be considerate of the neighborhood and your neighbor’s right to the quiet enjoyment of their home and property.

Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.

Please clean the kitchen, including the dishes before you check out. There is a $100 additional charge if you do not clean the kitchen. Dishes can be left clean in the dishwasher.

We do not allow undisclosed parties. Let us know about your plans in advance so we can discuss your needs and how we can accommodate you. Event fees apply. There are outside exterior cameras on the property. Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund and a $2500 charge!

No smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes and vapes. If you smoke inside the home your reservation will be canceled without refund and you will be charged $700 for smoke abatement.

3 cars allowed to park on the driveway additional street parking is available in front of this residence. Please don’t park in front of neighbor’s homes and do not block any driveways.

Please use good judgment and respect our neighbors. Due to local ordinance if we receive noise complaints your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be required to vacate the premises.

Minimum age of primary guest is 25 years old. Primary guests under 25 please inquire prior to booking. No local bookings allowed at this location without pre-approval. Any local bookings will be canceled without refund without pre-approval.

Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the home during your stay unless you have opted for the party add-on.

We require that the person booking is the person who will be arriving first for check-in.

Please DO NOT use the towels to clean makeup or spills. There are paper towels in the kitchen are for spills. Black makeup cloths will be provided for makeup removal. Missing or Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.

Same day bookings, Guests without reviews, or 5 positive reviews or without a recent review within the last year may be asked to pay a $400 to $500 refundable deposit. Refunded as long as the house rules are followed.

Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products must be placed in the trash can provided. All trash must be bagged before putting in the garbage.

Stained or ripped sheets, stained towels, and missing items will be charged to you after your stay at replacement cost.

An unplanned late check-out will be $50 per hour.

Stays of 28 days or longer will require one mid-stay cleaning for $195. It is for the kitchen, living room, hallways, and hall bathroom. We skip the bedroom for privacy for the mid-stay cleaning.
