A: Yes — it’s a completely private apartment above a garage in its own separate building. You’re the only ones upstairs. We may use the garage briefly during the day, but access is quiet and the space is separated by a locked keypad door.

Q: Do you live on the property?
A: Yes, in the main house. The apartment is totally private and detached from the main house. The garage below is separated by a secure keypad door. We minimize garage use to keep your stay peaceful.

Q: Is the location central?
A: We’re in Sandy Springs/Dunwoody on Atlanta’s quiet north side — one of the safest, calmest areas in the metro. You’re close to all major highways.

Q: What’s available for long stays?
