I am very understanding and easy to talk to, all I ask is that you communicate with me UP FRONT. My intentions are for you to have the most pleasant stay imaginable, not to charge you fees but please understand that the rules set in place are for very good reasons and therefore will have to be enforced. ANY EXCEPTIONS to any rules will have to be discussed and agreed to by the host prior to check-in. Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions. I am here to help! : )



Must be 21 & up to book. We do not allow 3rd party bookings without prior approval. There is a $250 fee for 3rd party bookings made without prior approval from the host. We also do not allow Sunday checkouts unless you are scheduled for a Monday checkout and just need to leave early for any reason.



4 guests are included in your booking. VISITORS COUNT AS GUESTS as well even if they are not staying long or for the night. Each additional guest is $25 per person per night and will need to be paid for BEFORE they come. Max amount of guests at one time is 6. Not following these rules could result in the termination of your stay with no refund. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.



VIOLATIONS & FEES

NO PETS. NO SMOKING (Smoke monitors will alert the host when smoke is present) SMOKING FEE $500

NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE. NO PARTIES & NO LARGE GROUPS.

No Video/Photo shoots or filming unless approved. $250 if approved.

NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms

Do not move or rearrange furniture.

Comforters that are significantly stained will result in a $100 professional cleaning/replacement charge per comforter.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Noise complaints can result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

A small peaceful gathering is ok but all guests must be checked in. If you have guests be sure to meet them outside to walk them in.



Interior Front Door Camera. We take your privacy very serious.

There is a camera present that only records the front door for privacy and safety purposes during your stay. Tampering with the camera will result in an immediate termination of your stay and a $250 fine, no exceptions.



Lost keys & fob replacement fee $250

Pet fee $350 (plus the cost of any damage)

Early Check-In options: (available after you complete your booking)

2:00 PM: $50

3:00 PM: $25



Late Check-Out Options:

12:00 PM: $25

1:00 PM: $50



If you would like to check in early or check out late please let us know AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so that we can make sure we have time to accommodate your request if at all possible. Please check out at the standard time or agreed upon requested time or you will be billed the above fee for checking out late. Thanks!



CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:

Gather all trash neatly and place them in its desired location. DO NOT LEAVE TRASH OUTSIDE THE DOOR.



THEFT/DAMAGES

All of our units are inventoried upon guest check-out. Any items missing will be billed at cost, plus a $250 service fee. Any damage to the unit itself or anything in the unit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.



Firearms

While you're welcome to bring a firearm with you during your stay, we ask that you handle it with the utmost caution and responsibility. Please ensure that it is concealed at all times when you are outside of the property for the safety and comfort of everyone on the property.
