I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel. No room service has taken place under the excuse of the corona pandemic. I stayed there for two and a half weeks and within this time the room has not been cleaned for only one time. Even so the bathroom which is for me much more dissapointing. I asked the persons on the reception desk but they refused the cleaning. Especially in times of Corona, hygiene is particularly important. The next negative point for me was the breakfast. The selection on the buffet was very limited. There was only plastic dishes and cutlery. This creates a lot of unnecessary waste. Absolutely unacceptable from an environmental point of view. The rooms were very noisy. You can hear all the noises from the hallway and from the neighboring rooms. Positiv: large room with large bed. But all in all a disappointing stay in this hotel. I would not recommend.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. We are still taking the necessary precautions to protect our team and guests from the newest strains of COVID. As a limited service hotel, we do not have a full kitchen therefore we do use paper and plastic for our buffet breakfast. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing La Quinta.

The beds were small and had dirty covers. They also charged additional 175$ at check in that was in small print when booking so I was unaware of the total amount. The page also did not disclose that the pool was closed. The pool was the ONLY REASON I BOOKED.The hallways had a bad smell and we had to take stairs because of one elevator being out of service. Not FAMILY FRIENDLY!

Our tub in our bathroom did not drain and we had found several hairs on the bed and floors. The mattress was also old as the middle dented in a significant amount and it was rather firm. The area it was located in was great, close to several things!

This motels booking system is a joke and the staff has not idea how to operate it. Motel was very noisy and other guests were up until the early morning hours in the halls. Very difficult to sleep.

Was staying one night per week for the last few months because of price. Well, you get what you pay for. Staff is very rude and not accommodating. They stick a $175 security deposit on your credit card when you check in. Trust me, you will have to dispute the $175 with your credit card company as this hotel does not back it out when you check out. Spend a little more and stay someplace else.

Only two tissues in the tissue box, noisy children, terrible check in. Trainee was given little help from staff when I checked in: took forever. Worn out looking. Terrble breakfast. Eggs were round waffers made from powdered eggs. Only fruit was oranges. No fresh condiments for coffee. My key card was diffcult to use due to malfunctioning mechanism on door.

Overall the stay here was fine & it was nice to have breakfast included. Made everything easier to start the day. It was strange that they left shampoo in the rooms but had no conditioner or lotion. The toilet seat was missing a screw so when using the bathroom we had to be careful cause it slipped & slid around a lot. The rooms had electric wires exposed. It looked like dogs chewed the doors and the pull out bed was badly stained. A lot of trash in the couch when pull out bed was pulled out. Front counter personal were rude to other customers and I can’t believe the conversation I overheard, the lady hung up on the customer and then said I can’t believe people keep calling the front desk then laughed afterwards. Overall this was not a great experience for me and my family. Will not come back.

It’s no smoking but all you smell is marijuana; guest stand outside at the exit doors and smoke joints, the smell is in the elevator and up and down the halls. Maybe they need a designated smoking area, but as a guest also, I shouldn’t have to walk through smoke at every door..

the tub in my room was horrible it was chipping and and it was stained dirt in it like UGH 0/10 the inside of the hotel is nice but ima pass on these non upgraded rooms! the breakfast wasn’t all that either like if the rate is higher due to breakfast they need to gone head and eliminate that cause i could’ve packed that n brought it TO the hotel myself.

The only problem was that one of the elevators was down and they only had two and we were assigned to the fourth floor and the elevator took us to the fourth floor but could not take it back down because it had mechanical issues but the maintenance man was there and he was very concerned about that issue and said they would address it other than that the overall stay was good. It’s our third or fourth time staying there and it’s always been good. I was concerned about the bad reviews and was skeptical about staying this time but it was all good. I even mentioned it to the staff.

The property was older and could use some updating. The breakfast eggs were not appealing. We also had a few issues with the room which the manager is trying to resolve for us with a rebate. It was ok, but probably would not return there. The staff were pleasant. We stayed 3 nights but did not get any maid service.

I was the most comfortable at my stay here . The staff was excellent and extremely polite. The ladies that clean the rooms are extremely respectful to your personal belongings as they do not touch them and they do not disturb you if you wish for them not to . Breakfast was amazing every morning and hot and fresh. Even the guests were respectful of one another. I felt safe welcome and relaxed. The television has so many channels that provide a wide rage of things to watch. I loved the privacy thank you so much for everything check out was super easy I had no problems .. clean and neat and the best part is the air conditioning works excellent and a coffee maker microwave and refrigerator was provided ice was available on both sides of hallways ..

The cleanliness wasn't the best and one of the elevators was not working and has been that way for awhile. The second elevator also went out to service on Saturday night. The staff was very nonchalant about it. I will not make another reservation at this hotel.
