Wir hatten das Hotel bereits zu Anfang unserer USA Reise gebucht. Dort war alles super und völlig unkompliziert. Auch erhielten wir ein Zimmer, welches zwei Betten hatte, und es wurde uns nichts für den Parkplatz berechnet, weil ich als VIP Mitglied bei Hotels.com nach Verfügbarkeit das bekommen kann. ich dachte mir, ich nehme das Hotel auch für die letzten Nächte vor der Abreise. Das war ein Fehler. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, welches Flecken überall hatte, und auch war es nur ein Bett mit Kingseyes. Ich habe den Reinigungsdienst auf diesen Umstand aufmerksam gemacht, welcher im Anschluss die Flecken, welche, wie Blut aussahen, entfernte. Ebenso waren Flecken auf dem Boden, und der Schutze vom Bett. Diese waren auffallend weiß und sahen aus wie Milch,flecken oder Ähnliches. Ich fand auch das Personal bei meinem zweiten Aufenthalt sehr unhöflich. Zudem hat die Frau gegenüber Hotels.com nicht die Wahrheit gesagt. Sie gab an, keine Zimmer beziehungsweise ein Upgrade zur Verfügung zu haben. Das entsprach nicht der Wirklichkeit, da immer noch Zimmer in dieser Kategorie angeboten wurden sind. Wir haben dann die letzte Nacht storniert und sind in ein anderes Hotel gegangen. Für den Parkplatz wollte die Dame auch noch Geld haben, jedoch stand das ausdrücklich auf der Reservierung von Hotels.com, dass hierfür kein Geld verlangt werden kann.

You get what you pay…
Das wird alles gut, wir haben es für zwei Nächte genutzt, weil wir auf unsere Koffer warten mussten. Leider haben die Angestellten kein großes Interesse gezeigt. Der Pool war sauber und schön. Parkplätze sind vorhanden es wurde nichts kassiert. Jedoch hatte ich aufgrund meiner Mitgliedschaft den Anspruch auf kostenlos Parkplätze.

Die Lage zum Airport war sehr gut. Sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Hotel. Shuttle zum Airport, Fahrer und Passagiere hatte keine Maske auf. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders gut. Einige Gäste sind ohne Maske im Speiseraum umhergelaufen, Das Hotelpersonal zeigte keine Reaktion, obwohl ich sie darauf angesprochen habe. In der jetzigen Corona Zeit, ist das Verhalten unmöglich und respektlos.

room smelled of cigarette / cigar smoke. 2nd room better but smoke stains on lampshades. the rest of the hotel had a dirty smell to it. only there to sleep and get airport shuttle early next morning. parking fee was good and felt comfortable leaving the car in a gated area. 2 nice restaurants on the same block was really nice. quite pricey for the dirty conditions.

The parking here is terrible, there is not enough parking in the gated area so you have to go find parking outside the gated area. The room we were staying in had food on the floor, the carpet was never vacuumed.

Our room had a clogged toilet. This was an uncomfortable situation. Then, we were charged $10 per night for parking. I wasn't told that parking would be an additional charge. Parking should be included at the property.

I checked in and immediately noticed that the bed sheets weren’t changed so I told the lady at the front desk and the housekeeping supervisors handled right away! I stayed for 3 nights and my bed sheets were changed everyday after that! I appreciated it. Other than that, the hotel was clean and quiet, the entire staff were very friendly and polite. I saw other reviews about roaches but I didn’t see one during my stay.

This place is just disgusting in every way! We arrived at approximately 11:00pm, the person at the front desk didn’t know what he was doing. He couldn't find the reservation without help. He finally found the reservation and gave us keys to room 224. We get to 224, the keys don't work! I go back downstairs, he activated again and they STILL didn’t work....you want to know why?? After trying for a second time the woman that was ALREADY in the room and SOUND ASLEEP came to the door and told us that it was her room! Back downstairs again, and this time he gives us keys and tells security to "come up with us" to make sure no one was in there?? Shouldn't they know that? The halls of the hotel stink, they reek of body odor and old food! The rooms look like they need a fresh coat of paint and smell musky as all get out. Also, went to shower after traveling all day and there was PUBIC HAIR in the shower! They have security but quickly after falling asleepnwe were awakened to loud cursing and a fight in the hallway outside our door, they then took the fight outside and were in the parking lot fighting. We would have done better sleeping at the airport!
