It is true, our Rooftop Bar has more common drinks, but our Lobby Bar is a specialty cocktail bar! You are welcome to order at the Lobby and take your drinks to the Rooftop! Unfortunately we are not able to serve glass on the Rooftop as it is a safety hazard, I am sorry for the inconvenience!

Hello Nicole!Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey! I do apologize that our photography policy may seem a bit odd. We have to have any photography go through our marketing team so that a contract could be drawn up with the specific time, exact placing and how many people would be involved. Unfortunately we were not made aware that you were hoping to have a photoshoot and tried to pivot on short notice. I apologize that our last second contract seemed a bit steep! I am so sorry that the towels were not as clean as they should have been! I wish we would have known, we would have switched them out immediately! I understand this was not the best first impression but we hope you give us another chance!

I am so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our property! I apologize that you were not a fan of your view. As we are located in the middle of the city, we do not have a breathtaking view, just street facing or overlooking our valet lot. I have talked with our housekeeping manager and we have made a appointment to have the carpets deep cleaned, thank you for your suggestion! While can control the temperature from our system you should be able to change it from your room! If you could tell me your room number I will send an engineer to see what the problem is.
