The space
A Comfy and Convenient Condo in the High end Hotel district of Atlanta. It's a short walk to Everything desirable and a block to two MARTA train stations enabling easy access to the Airport and greater ATL. Located accross from Hyatt Regent the home is Clean, Safe with well equipped kitchen and lots of essential Amenities qualifying it, a home away from home. Its incredible price gives good value for money. Sleeps 6 offers 24 concierge for easy check-in and video surveillance.
Guest access
Guests have the entire condo to themselves and can use the lobby area with comfortable furnitures and be able to have a good view of the downtown street activities. There are vending machines with can drinks and snacks in the basement floor which is also on the street level. The laundry room equipped with coin operated washing machines and dryers are also available for guest use. There are also souvenir store, restaurant, liquor store, salon and baggage storage service that are part of the building but accessible only from outside.

THE WELCOME BINDER - The "Welcome" binder is on the stand under the TV is parked full of useful and fun information about the property, the community and fun local things to do during your stay.

BED ARRANGEMENTS - The unit has one master bedroom with two queen size beds and a folding XL twin size bed.

HEAT/AC CONTROL - This is an older highrise building, so the heat and cool air are centrally controlled. However, from the unit you can put ON/OFF and the speed on Low, Medium or High. The control panel is under the vent cover below the window in the livingroom and the bedside window in the bedroom.

KEY FOB-There is a key holder with the building fob on the hook above the kitchen sink. This will enable guests have easy assess into the building.

PARKING - Typically most downtown short rentals do not have the luxury of free parking. You can however step out of the building into one of the many public parking lots available around the building, at various rates.
The upside is that; you can walk around downtown easily, instead of driving & paying for parking for every place you visit.

SAFETY - Big cities have so many or so much of just about anything including gross wealth and dire poverty. Homeless and other poverty afflicted people more often than not are part of downtown neighborhood in big cities. The capital city of Atlanta, the hub of Premier attractions is not free of that. Notwithstanding, Atlanta is actually a very, very safe city for the most part, but that doesn't mean you should let your guard down. Common sense dictates you shouldn't leave your things in view in a locked car.
