The property was unacceptable, I left early 1/2 w, they did not return my calls, texts, or emails or Expedia's calls. They will write a lip service reply, "we sincerely apologize for the experience you had" which is BS given the other negative reviews. I have asked for a full refund given the horrific conditions and went instead to a lovely fancy hotel for less.
The bed was unacceptable and filthy.
The sheets were unacceptable.
There were not enough towels, and no laundry detergent to wash the filthy sheets.
There was a dead fly in the fridge.
There was a opened yogurt container in the fridge that I threw away.
The sponges were used.
There was filth under the bed.
The mattress was horrific.
The carpet is threadbare I stepped on the nail walking barefoot.
The curtains didn't block out light.
When I went into the parking lot the gate arm closed on my car, hitting me hard through my open window in the face and I got a huge gash on my face.
On Friday, I called 3 times to get service at the apartment due to the filthy sheets. I made a call at around 12:30 PM 6:30 PM and then 11 PM. Nobody came to rectify the problem. However, Saturday morning, there was a big bag full of crap left at our front door with towels that have been thrown in there and the same horrific sheets that are pilling and threadbare. I spoke with Expedia and called and spoke with one of your after hours people. Nobody from customer service has returned my call. Global Luxury did not return Expedia's calls.
