● Fee: There is a standard $35 verification fee required to process this secure check.

Damage Deposit:
A damage deposit of US$250 is required via electronic payment. The property charges this days before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. A handling fee of 75 $USD may be applied if cash payment prefered.

One exterior entry camera and a noise-decibel monitor are present and disclosed (entry-area only; the noise monitor never records audio).
