An architectural gem from 1960 that has been fully updated and upgraded, you’ll dig the sleek, modern kitchen as well as the spa-like bathroom with washer and dryer. After a cozy night's sleep, you can rev up with a coffee on your balcony before heading out to explore all that midtown Atlanta has to offer, including Piedmont Park just steps from your door.

Around the block you’ll discover the famous rainbow intersection with plenty of dining and drinking options. Head north on Piedmont to the Atlanta Botanical Garden or north on Peachtree to Colony Square’s hip and happening restaurant scene.

Our bread and butter is providing medium-term housing for productions filming in and around Atlanta. Whether you're a PA or an A-lister, we believe everyone deserves a lovely place to call home after a hard day (or night) at work. Our chic and well-appointed pads make us the preferred vendor of choice for studios like Apple and Disney.
We manage properties around the city but primarily on the east side of Atlanta, from Virginia-Highland down to Grant Park. Our specialty is Inman Park, where we love to live, work, and play! Our neighborhoods are all unique in their architectural styles and cultural offerings, but their geographic convenience, walkability, and safety are standard and guaranteed to please.

Enjoy the many shops and restaurants along Peachtree Street and at Colony Square, or hop onto the Atlanta BeltLine hike and bike trail to enjoy a stroll to Ponce City Market—the city is your oyster!
