This super clean non-smoking home is perfect for families seeking an escape from the every day hustle and bustle of city life. With it's comfortable furniture and decor throughout you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. You will enjoy Smart TV’s in the living room and bedrooms where you can stream and access Netflix, HBO+, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu and more.
Our home has modern furnishings and is filled with all the comforts of home. From the comfortably appointed living area to open dining area, you will want for nothing. The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Enjoy a cup of coffee with our Keurig. There is a microwave, toaster, rice cooker and blender available for your use. You and your guest will also be connected with high speed Wi-Fi that's included at no charge. Free new washer and dryer available.
Parking is available onsite in the two car garage and in the large driveway. This non-smoking two story house will provide the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation.
The bedrooms have large flat screen TVs. Bedrooms include King or Queen size hotel luxury mattress. The Master suite has full bath with a tub/ shower combination and you’ll have access to a full bathroom upstairs as well.

House is in a small subdivision convenient to, Clayton State College, Hartsfield-Jackson Int'l airport, I-675 and I-75. Walking distance to Rex Park. Inviting front porch offers seasonal outside living.

To make a long story short, it's a great vacation destination or a perfect home away from home for the winter months for those snow birds that like the warmth and milder temperatures of a southern winter. Inquire about special pricing for long-term (more than a week) rental. We will consider monthly in November - February. Long Term stays require pre-approval and all criteria must be met to be considered Guest access
You will have access to the entire home.
