Pool Use
The pool is a favorite part of the home. We kindly ask that children are always supervised in the pool area and that the safety gate remains closed when not in use. Your care helps ensure everyone enjoys the space safely.
Security, Monitoring & Neighborhood Care
To help maintain a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors, the property includes:
• Three exterior-only security cameras (front door, driveway/garage, and deck/walkway)
• Two Minut noise monitors that measure sound levels only — they do not record audio
These tools are used only to support safety and prevent parties or excessive noise. There are no cameras or monitoring devices inside the home.

To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone:
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or near the front entrance
• No pets
• No parties or large gatherings
• The booking guest must be present during the stay
