I booked my reservation and arrived to check in, but the host never responded with the access code or any further instructions. I had to call multiple times before the host finally informed me that I couldn't stay because he had a previous guest check out that morning and his cleaning team hadn’t arrived. This left my family and me stranded, struggling to get in touch with customer service. After finally connecting with both the host and customer service, I was told that all they could do was issue a refund, which would take 3-5 days. This was completely unacceptable, and it’s disturbing that there were no accommodations or support offered for my family’s immediate needs. This was the worst experience I have ever had.
