There are shared spaces in the building that both guests and residents can access:
★ Outdoor Pool: Code-access entry. Located on the basement level and typically open from late May to September. Please check with us for the exact opening and closing dates, as they may vary (open season for 2025: May 23- Sep 1, 2025)
★ Laundry Room: Paid facility (coin or card accepted), also located on the basement level.
★ Free Parking for One Vehicle
We offer one free parking spot in the on-site parking lot for your convenience. Please park only in the assigned space to avoid towing, as we cannot take responsibility for any tickets, tows, or damage. The lot is privately managed and may not always meet the highest standards. If preferred, there are nearby parking garages or street options available.
★ Easy, Contactless Check-In
Our building now uses a secure QR code system for entry—no need for front desk check-in. The process is fully contactless and hassle-free.
★ Shared Building with Other Guests
Please remember that this is a residential building shared with full-time residents and other short-term guests. Kindly be respectful of noise levels and follow all building rules. This is not a hotel, so hotel-style daily services may not be available.
★ Heating & Cooling Note
The Landmark is a historic building with seasonal HVAC regulation. To ensure your comfort year-round, we’ve provided portable heating and cooling units in the unit.

Downtown Atlanta is a vibrant, urban area. You may encounter city noise or occasional unhoused individuals, which are common in major cities.
★ Lobby Area Updates
The building is currently undergoing lobby renovations. The construction area is covered, and air blowers are used to manage airflow. If the noise is a concern at night, feel free to unplug them. Thank you for your understanding as the building continues to improve.
