In diesem komplett eingerichteten Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 1 Bad werden die Gäste einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Das Haupt- / Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Gästezimmer über zwei Einzelbetten im vorderen Raum verfügt, die mit einem ausziehbaren Queensize-Bett ausgestattet sind und bequem Platz für 6 Personen bieten. Das Wohnzimmer ist voll möbliert. Die Küche ist perfekt zum Essen geeignet, da sie mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist und einen schönen Blick auf den Pool bietet. Clean and convenient

The owner was extremely responsive (often within the minute). Everything was where it was supposed to be. Convenient to freeway, eateries and quiet. It is a 3rd floor unit but that was not an issue for us. Would stay again

Great location

We just spent the past weekend in Atlanta looking for an apartment for my daughter. She will be attending Emory and this unit was perfect since we had several units in the area to look at. We also spent some time in the Buckhead area for dinner and this location was convenient to that also. The unit was clean, more then enough towels for everyone. Kitchen was adequately stocked, could probably use some regular wine glasses, only had champagne glasses.

Baseball trip

Really great place to stay. Close proximity to multiple venues in Atlanta. Pictures were as advertised. Plenty of space, great kitchen and awesome balcony. Only negative for us was the pool was closed due to weather which was no fault of the owner. Alre is great and answered all my questions. I will stay here again when I come back to Atlanta!

The property is excellent, very comfortable and well kept.

We enjoyed staying at this location. Everything was in place and as described. Maybe even better. All appliances and equipment worked well and there were ample supply of towels, trash bags, etc. I received an email from the owner with clear instructions that, for the most part were easy to follow. Except for the disposal of trash. I followed the instructions but could not find the drop off location. I checked out at 4:00 a.m to take my wife to the airport and tried to find the place to leave it. I ended up taking the trash with me. I think since the disposal is not close to the unit, that guests can bag the trash and the owner should dispose of it. Notwithstanding, I would definitely stay at this location again, with no hesitation. Great location, close to everything. We loved it. Thank you.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT!!!!

We booked a (5) night stay at this apartment. When we arrived with my (80) year old father, who was to have surgery the next day, we had to climb three flights of stairs. This was not disclosed in the listing. We entered the apartment to find that it was 82 degrees not to mention I didn't feel that the apartment was as clean as it could have been. There was no cable tv only Netflix which was out and we couldn't get it to come on. We contacted the manager of the apartment and she said we would have to reset the box. The balcony was not secured (anyone could walk from the back of the property to get on your balcony). I also didn't feel safe in this neighborhood. We proceeded to a hotel to stay. The apartment manager called to give instructions on how to reset the tv box. At this point, I told her that we were at the hotel. Diana, who is the wife of the owner, called and we offered to pay her for (2) nights, which we thought was the cancellation policy but we wanted our cleaning fee refunded since we only were there about (5) minutes. She was agreeable to this but was overruled by her husband. I am hoping to get my security deposit back at this point. I REPEAT---DO NOT RENT THIS APARTMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Super clean condo in a great neighborhood with great location.

This was the perfect location for us to do all the downtown attractions, see the beautiful suburbs of Atlanta and enjoy many of the wonderful places to eat nearby. The owner was very attentive to any needs that arose during our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. In fact, we quite enjoyed the fact that children played safely outside in the evenings and families took walks. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I had great days in this house with my family (5 adults). The neighborhood was very quiet and safe (good localization!), lot of parking in front of building. Bed in main room is huge and very confortable! We had breakfast there (have toaster, coffee machine, pans and other kitchen's acessories). The couch in living room is veeeeeeery confortable also. The house was clean and smelled good! Alre was helpful all time, instantanely responding all my messages. Very kind. Excelent experience!

We had a wonderful vacation in Atlanta & the apartment was so nice!

The apartment was clean & comfortable. The pool was beautiful & well kept. It was close to shopping, restaurants & a park. It was easy access to the highway so we could travel to some city attractions. The owner was very nice. We will definitely stay there again!
