We stayed one night as a half way point to our destination. We had two rooms and were traveling with 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel rooms were outdated and faucet in shower of one room did not turn off all the way. Also, room smelt like smoke even though it was a non-smoking hotel. Employees were all very nice and welcoming.

Would definitely stay here again!
We were very pleased with our stay! Our room was quiet and comfortable...even though we were on the 1st floor (we normally try to get a room on the top floor). The breakfast was better than most places that we've stayed! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. All in all, it was a good experience. (The only drawback is that there is no elevator, so you have to use the stairs if your room is on the second floor.)

After check-in we went to our room to find the shower/bathroom had black mold/algae and had obviously not been cleaned in a LONG time. Switched rooms and then had the cleaning crew barge into our roomand start cleaning up when we went to get breakfast. AT 830. WE HAD NOT EVEN BEEN GONE FOR 5 MINUTES. Go ANYWHERE else in town.

While the hotel was “non-smoking,” the room we were in smelled so terribly of cigarettes that we went to the store and bought a febreeze plug in for the room along with spray to counter the smell. We were delayed arriving by 1 day because of an ice storm that shut down the highway and was told that our room reservation was this cancelled and we had to pay full price all over again which I was told was a hotel.com policy and not there’s. We did finally get refunded but it was a less than stellar experience. We cut our stay early by a day to go to another hotel in a different town.

Family of five stayed in 2 queen size beds room, everything was perfect, clean, staff very friendly, especially breakfast lady :) We asked for roll away bed and it was delivered in 10 min, they cleaned our room and gave extra towels even that we didnt ask (some guests complained that there is not daily housekeeping, but there is!) Sheets were clean, bathroom was clean We will stay there next time

Disappointed
The hotel was average. They charged a $100 incidental fee for a $110 room which is not average. The breakfast was closely guarded by the owners relative which makes it awkward. There was no remote in the room and there were lightbulbs that were burned out.
