Urban Breeze Apartment 1 is freshly renovated and with brand new furniture in downtown Atnens.

Offers a comfortable stay for all your family or friends. It is carefully decorated to offer you a relaxing living in a peacefull neighborhood while it is very near to the heart of Athens. It is consisted of 3 main rooms plus a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is only a short minute ride from our house to Acropolis and Plaka.

Three (3) Supermarkets and a liquor store are very near (<100 and <200m).
We are here to do our best for you to experience a pleasant and warm living. We bet on that!

The apartment is on the ground floor on a building of 3 floors. Only one apartment on each floor. With simple architecture, minimal and modern furniture, and fully equipped spaces, we are sure you will indulge in comfort. The spacious living room offers all that you need plus a comfortable sofa bed on which you can relax or transform it into a queen size double bed for extra guests. The apartment has 2 bedrooms. The one bedroom is provided with a king size bed and also with a desk that can be used as a workspace. The second bedroom is with 2 single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with separate freezer, an electric kitchen with separate stove. A coffee machine, a water boiler and a toaster is there for you. You will also find much more than the basic cooking and serving tools you may need. The dining table is in a separate space next to the living room. In the bathroom you will find a shower and a storage space with bath amenities and towels.

Our apartment has high-speed internet and is designed to be accessible for persons with special needs.

Every space or supplies in the property are available to use.

The check in time best for us is 3 pm and the check out time is 11 am but let us know if it is possible to make it earlier or later.

As it is a quiet residential area please feel comfortable, sleep and relax but the apartment is not available for PARTIES. The quiet hours must be respected between 10.30pm and 7.30am. For your convenience to buy first need products and grocery goods within 100 meters from the apartment there are 3 supermarkets (Sklavenitis, AB and MyMarket) and a liquor store. The check in time best for us is 3 pm and the check out time is 11 am but let us know if it is possible to make it earlier or later.

The apartment is with keyless access and we will provide you with entry codes. We can be at our apartment to warmly welcome you but at the same time your privacy is respectful so we will let you contact us in any way you prefer if you have any requests or concerns.

At the same time please feel free to request a pick up or any transfer you may need as we are in this business too.
