It is modernly decorated to provide a pleasant and comfortable stay. Also the balcony will offers you moments of relaxation day and night!

Filoxenia is only 9 km away from the center of Athens. Within a walking distance you can find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy as well as the local market to do your shopping!

Enter the property, you will find the key box on the column / pillar on your right. Enter the code in the Key Box and remove the apartment keys.
You will find the apartment on the 1rst floor on your right, the doorbell is marked Vkbnb. You can also watch the video below to guide you.

During your Stay

For hot water please push up the switch on the electricity board that is in a down position. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning units and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
