„Check in was easy. Person who checked us in (I think his name was Josh) was very kind. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Check out was also super quick and easy. Area around hotel was nice. Dining, shopping and highway access were all close. Would stay again. “

The Doorman Ted goes out of his way to be helpful and informative. Donna at the front desk was helpful and very accommodating (great room). Charlie at the bar and restaurant knew what I wanted and made it happen without having to ask. Felt like home away from home. “

„Hotel is beautiful. We got to the hotel about 3 hours before check in and they still let us check in. Staff was very nice. Room was really clean. My husband noticed the pillows were standard size not tiny like some hotels. Would definitely stay again“

Dinner and to see the full moon rise. Coffee and tea service is available 24/7 which is an added bonus as we tend to wake before they serve breakfast. Only 10 mins from the galleria and many other places to eat. “

There aren’t a ton of parking spots in the lot, and the location of the hotel is very awkward and inconvenient. You can only access the parking lot from one point, and the amount of traffic always in the area makes turning into the hotel sort of difficult, but makes leaving nearly impossible. “
