„Historic building decorated Victorian eclectic, lovely lobby and rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Breakfast for $5 but wasn’t very good but for the price and convenience you can always have coffee and toast. The rooms really need a deep clean, carpets and sofa were in need of a shampoo. Bathroom was clean not much shelf space We had the 2queen room with a sitting area so comfortable. The best thing is location very short walk to shops restaurants and the theaters. I will stay here again.“

However, the room itself was a little underwhelming due to hearing the upstairs guests all night, the bedroom window opening up to the trash bins, and the shower being extremely cold. Additionally someone woke me up at 3 am drumming on the trash bins, it made me feel unsafe.“

„This is an amazing place filled with character and lots of little items that made the stay easier. The kitchen is stocked with equipment enough to host a full Thanksgiving dinner! We only got to stay 2 nights, but it would be a great place for an extended period of time if you are exploring the area in addition to taking in the shows in Ashland.“
