Fine experience for two nights. Best thing: the staff. Particularly because I stupidly left my camera tripod at the edge of the parking lot when I was unloading a lot of gear to move inside. Next morning I had no idea where it was. Checked the front desk and a staff member had turned it in. Saved me a lot of money. On the other hand, the provided breakfast was at the low end of expectations. But it sufficed.

Ashland is always a treat. We never stayed at this facility before. It was a short, but restful stay The intake clerk and breakfast staff were especially pleasant and helpful.

Lovely stay in Ashland. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. There is lots to do downtown Ashland. So many cute restaurants and shops! Definitely would stay again.

Really convenient place to stay with easily walkable brew-pub just along the road and a nice couple of good restaurants to choose from. Hotel staff have always been very helpful and welcoming.

Excellent overnight stay :-)
I loved the size of the room, the jetted tub worked perfectly - service was wonderful and breakfast had enough basic options as I’m gluten free and the eggs were good. Coffee & creamer options excellent, good gym as well. Overall very satisfied. Something to note: I would love to have at least 1-2 water bottles in room and also a robe. These are essentials when traveling for extra comfort.
