* The home is on a private quiet street in a cul-de-sac. Please be respectful of the neighbors and drive slowly. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. NO PARTIES OR GUESTS are allowed who are not registered. You must be 25 or older to book. IDs will checked prior to arrival.

* Maximum occupancy is 16 guests.

* We welcome well-behaved dogs up to 50 lbs. There is a charge of $165 for up to 2 dogs for the entire stay. Please include them in the head count when you reserve so it will be included in the total. Also include in the message the type/breed of dog and weight. Greater than two will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, we can't host cats due to allergies :(

*Nature abounds in the forest! Wooded areas are home to critters such as but not limited to bears, deer, rodents, spiders, snakes, ants, and insects. We have regular maintenance with a pest control company but spring and summer are high season. Please understand the possibility of seeing critters in and around the home.
