The Space:

Perched atop Frady Mountain, Delchester Ridge is a private mountain retreat featuring two full homes—a newly renovated 1960s lodge and a Scandinavian-style A-frame—designed for large groups to gather while still enjoying their own space.



The 'Lodge' 4BR/5BA offers expansive living and entertaining areas, including an open-concept living room with a gas fireplace (OCT–APRIL), a fully equipped chef's kitchen, and dining room for 12. Downstairs, the Red Stag Lounge creates a one-of-a-kind experience with a second gas fireplace, karaoke, wet bar, and games—perfect for unforgettable nights in.



Step outside to enjoy dining for 14, a private hot tub, cedar sauna, and multiple outdoor spaces surrounded by trees. It feels completely secluded, yet you’re just minutes from grocery stores and Asheville’s top attractions.



The A-Frame Cabin is a fully separate 3BR/2BA home that sleeps 8, featuring a Scandinavian-inspired design with 3 king beds, its own kitchen, living room, and loft. It also offers its own private outdoor setup with a hot tub, sauna, gas fire pit, and outdoor dining area—creating a second, equally inviting retreat space on the property.



The homes share a pickleball/basketball court and sit on a private hilltop, offering a rare combination of togetherness and privacy—ideal for families, retreats, and group getaways.

Guests will access the property with a keyless code that is activated on day of reservation. Each guest get their own code and is only activated from check in to check out to insure security.

Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is recommended to fully explore Asheville and the surrounding mountains. Enjoy scenic drives along the world-famous Blue Ridge Parkway and easy access to some of the area’s best hiking trails.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available and a convenient option for heading into town or enjoying Asheville’s renowned restaurants and breweries.
