Colorful Mid Century Modern Decor Sleeps 4 with two bedrooms upstairs. Additional space on futon in Living Room for an extra guest. At times another space may be available downstairs as well!

You will have access to the whole upper level of the house 2 Beds - 2 Bath - Kitchen - Dining - Living Room - Desk with view out window - Long Front Porch - parts of the basement are unfinished.

I’m generally available via text 24-7 unless I’m on stage performing.

You will pass all kinds of crazy looking yards, businesses, tree nurseries, building supply places, farms, junk yards, etc on the drive from Asheville’s main road (Patton Ave) to our house. Our property is kept tidy. The work shop out building is a work in progress and is set 150 feet from the house.

Uber and Lyft are available and generally less than $10 to most places around Asheville!

I’m sorry to have to announce this, but no animals can be in this space. I am very allergic to cats and dogs. I’ve had years of extensive allergy shots and been allergic my whole life with swelling eyes, sinus infections and shortness of breath due to spaces where animals have been. Thank you in advance for understanding and respecting my condition. I love animals despite not being able to enjoy them fully. and NO SMOKING in or around the doors to the house. There is a large front deck where you are welcome to smoke, just not near the door or open window.
No parties, gatherings or events! no animals/pets of any kind - I hate to announce, but I’m allergic to different types of fur and all things animals. Please do not bring to our home.
