We stayed two nights. Easily walkable to downtown if you like walking. Host was very accommodating and responsive. The space is delightful, quiet and welcoming. Loved the complimentary water and coffee! Deck overlooking the gorgeous hydrangeas in back yard was a perfect spot for morning coffee amid evening wine.

This place was exactly what my wife and I were looking for — quiet, clean and within walking distance from downtown Asheville. Our host Lisa was in touch with us from start to end, and was always ready to answer questions. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with the treats she welcomed us with. We look forward to visiting this place again in the near future, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of their busy lives.

This property is in the ideal location. A short walk or an even shorter Lyft ride, you will be downtown in minutes. The space itself was so cute, and has everything you need. Lisa was very attentive and you can truly feel how much she wants you to have a wonderful stay. Definitely would recommend!

Easy communication, great community was able to walk most places. On street parking a breeze. Cleanliness of unit 10/10. Overall vibe of unit was perfect…loved eclectic decor. First time ever in Asheville, and this was a great place to stay. It was so close to downtown and all the suburban areas. Can’t say enough good things about our stay or host. Communication with Lisa was excellent. Had immediate replies to questions before our stay and she provided a very useful and detailed custom map to places all over the city. The unit was immaculate and had so many nice features it immediately felt comfortable. The kitchenette was set up nicely so we enjoyed eating some meals in instead of going out. The back porch is large overlooking a beautiful back yard that we wish we could have spent more time enjoying. The neighborhood is lovely and is close to everything. A short walk to some wonderful restaurants and walking to downtown wasn’t that much further, just note that there are hills. We also found that the location made it very easy to drive to popular spots outside of the city such as Chimney Rock, the Folk Art Center and the Biltmore Estate. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Asheville and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This apartment is very well located, just a short drive to downtown Asheville, and a quiet and pleasant residential street. It's a basement apartment, tucked away with windows and its own private, shaded outdoor sitting area which overlooks a green ravine. The backyard area is like a bird sanctuary - very beautiful. It was recently converted to an apartment, to everything is new, pristine and clean. It's super-quiet. Concrete floor with nice area rugs, a 5-star+shower with nice soaps and shampoos. Large screen TV in the living room with good couch and easy chair. Bed and the spacious bedroom are comfortable. The host is friendly and helpful, communication is good. There's no stove in the kitchen, but microwave, coffee cone with filters and a Nespresso machine are all supplied, with coffee, teabags and a few snacks. All in all, we had a really nice experience there. Highly recommended.
