Impressive condo with contemporary meets turn of the century design in this historic new-buildout building, in downtown Asheville. This 1st floor two-bedroom features 1 Queen master and a Queen guest bedroom. Each with private baths and also a half bath in the common area of the home.
The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away Electric Vehicle Owners: dedicated parking spot in garage includes EV Charger outlet.

Vehicles must not be larger than a midsize vehicle, as the garage is narrow and cannot accommodate large vehicles. Vehicle length cannot exceed 16 ft, no exceptions.

It is rare when a rental surpasses your expectations, but this place was amazing. Clean, cool, central, comfortable. We loved the decor of the building and unit, the safety of the private garage and ability to walk everywhere. We will stay here again and cannot recommend this place more highly.

Great location to get to know downtown Asheville. The other reviews about the piano bar across the street are accurate, it can be heard late in the evening. Everything was great. Parking the first time was a bit of a challenge but once we found it, it was all good!. Would recommend additional kitchen and cooking basics. Will recommend to friends.

The location was perfect for exploring downtown. The condo offered ample room for relaxation and family interaction. The kitchen was nice but the dishes/utensils/etc. were a little scarce if you are cooking. Thankfully the number of amazing restaurants nearby means that cooking is not necessary. We would definitely consider this location for our next visit. Overall we were very pleased.

The apartment was beautiful! Very unique decor and comfortable. There is noise at night from the bars nearby but the but the bedrooms are quiet. The location is perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants and it’s just a few steps away from the Saturday farmers market. We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo is in a great location, and parking was a bonus. The condo was lovely overall, but for a luxury apt. building, the walls were paper thin. We contacted the property management daily as an alarm was going off nonstop on the elevator (communications failure light). They were responsive at first and assured us that the HOA had called the elevator company, but it was never fixed and was still beeping 4 days later. We could also hear hallway noise, the elevator in general, the music at the piano bar, and the neighbor's alarm when the TV was not on. It seems to be a building of mostly rentals so there's no one really watching the property. However, our overall visit was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, the condo was clean, and again, you can't beat the location!

This place was on another level awesome! From the decor, the location, communication...it was all first class! The private parking was a major plus as well. We felt very comfortable and safe our entire stay. Can't wait to get back!

Perfect condo for a weekend in Asheville. We loved the location. It's walking distance to lots of coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The condo also comes with a parking spot in the basement parking garage. The condo is more of a hotel feel. It has only a few dishes and cups. There are no games and you need to use your own streaming services. Other than that it was a wonderfully clean place to stay with comfy beds and linens.

My sister and I stayed in this condo for her birthday celebration. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. It is beautiful, well appointed and very roomy. First class appliances and linens. I will warn that the garage parking is a bit tight so do not plan on driving or renting a large van. The location is in the heart of downtown Asheville. You can walk to a number of restaurants, shops and galleries. If and when I return to Asheville, I will definitely rent this condo again.

We had a great time at this condo. Check in was easy and having a dedicated parking space downtown was a huge plus. The condo itself was very nice and clean and actually nicer than it looks in the pictures. Short walk to everything downtown. Would definitely stay there again!

This place is perfect if you want to spend time downtown and in the South Slope. The property was wonderful and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend! we plan on staying here again in the spring.

Condo was stunning with a great floor plan and design. Appliances and decor were top of the line. Very convenient to downtown shopping and restaurants. Note, there is a piano bar directly across the street that you will hear from the living room and master. Especially loud on the weekend. Would be nice to have tv's in the bedrooms to help drown out the noise. Another suggestion is to add an exterior picture of the parking garage to the map. It would help to know what you're looking for. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying in this property.

Such a sweet location and a cool & comfortable condo! We loved walking to restaurants, breweries, shops, exploring downtown, and enjoying our time in Asheville. You can hear piano bar from living room, but not from the bedrooms.

Great place. Easy walking distance to everything in downtown. We only used the car to travel to Pisgah and such. Place is clean and spacious. Garage is a bit tight but at least there's a reserved, secure spot for you. Looking forward to coming back!

We could not have been more thrilled with this property - from the location, cleanliness and amenities. As soon as you step out of 17 N Market you walk right into eclectic shops, farm to table restaurants and all of the amazing art and color that is Asheville! The unit appeared to be brand new - therefore, beds/linens were supportive and comfortable and the living space was large with plenty of room for a group to spread out and move about comfortably. The décor, finishings and art reflective of the area added to the enjoyment of our stay. The garage accommodations for parking were awesome, but difficult for us to locate. We contacted the property management team and they were both hospitable and quick to help us locate the garage to our unit. I would recommend this property to anyone!

This apartment seemed like it was brand new. High end appliances and finishes. A couple nit picks include no trash can in master bath and incorrect statement that a parking tag was in the unit and was to be displayed on dash (none existed and I was told none was required when I called at check in). Overall, however, this is a great place to stay in Asheville and I will very likely return.
