Nestled on over one acre soak in the privacy this home has to bring while having access to all that Asheville and the blue ridge mountains have to offer.

★ Living room (main level): Plenty of windows allowing a abundance of natural light. 50” smart tv with lovely couch and accent chairs for relaxing. Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services are provided.

★ One Fully equipped kitchens with a stainless steel 4-burner range. Hamilton Beech coffee machine, Crockpot, and toaster. Main level kitchen has seating for 2 on the island.

★ Half Bath just off of the Kitchen on Main level.

★ Bedroom 1 is the Master Bedroom accompanied with a king size bed and a personal bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanity.

★ Bedroom 2 Queen Bed

★ Bedroom 3 Queen Bed

★ Guest Bath on second story

★ Dining area: Dining table for 6. Bar seating for 2.

★ Spectrum internet and WiFi. Washer & dryer.
The home is a Peaceful and family friendly Neighborhood. Although the property is fairly secluded, please follow the rules listed below to ensure we do not leave a negative impact on any of our neighbors.

-No guest can book this property under the age of 21

-We are very serious about our No Parties or events policy. Fees will be applied if done without permission

-No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation

-There cannot be more than 8 people in or on the property at any one point in time

You agree to know and agree to following fees:

a) smoking, vaping, cannabis 500$ for each day you are inside the property smoking, vaping, or smoking cannabis

b) late checkout: $200 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late

c) unauthorized pets: $150 for each day you have an unauthorized pet

d) Parties or Events: $1000 a night

-If there is any issue, please notify the host as soon as possible so they can resolve the problem
