„The owner was super accommodating! We arrived early and got to check in early! The place is an easy walk to the beach which was a plus! Providing beach badges and beach chairs etc was nice but 2 of the chairs and the umbrella were damaged. We appreciated the on site parking! The house is super clean and the kitchen well equipped. You have to provide your own towels and bedding. For us this could have been a hardship since we had limited packing space coming from Texas but we found a rental ...

„Wonderful and responsive host, quick to respond to inquiries. Perfect, clean house with ample living space and private back yard, in a quiet neighborhood. Super clean accommodations inside with all amenities. Started the mornings with a relaxing walk to and then along the bay. Easy driving to friends and attractions. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended!“

„This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing.“

„We had 10 people and the place fit everyone comfortably. Yes it needs a decor overhaul but it was fine. Communication with property manager was very poor. Asked for 45 min early check-in no response. Asked for dishwasher detergent no response. Great location, very close to all our wedding festivities.“

„This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there.“

„We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us.“

„We really enjoyed the stay here. It was very clean and quiet. The people at the property were friendly and helpful. Food within walking distance. The pass to Sandy Hook was nice to have. The only thing we didn’t anticipate was the steep set of stairs to get in and out of the apartment.“
