The outdoor space features a spacious gazebo, a fire pit, and cozy seating, creating the perfect oasis for any gathering. Just few minutes drive to Pismo beach/ pier & wineries, 10 min walk to the charming village of Arroyo Grande with restaurants, bars and shops. Home sleeps 8 comfortably with luxury beddings. Fully stocked kitchen incl. air fryer & IP. We provide 55’’-65’’ smart TVs in every room with streaming internet. BONUS Game room w/ TV, bar seating, shuffle board, Foosball & board games. Large entertainment backyard area with HOT TUB, fire pit and gas BBQ grill.

Our place is walking distance to the charming village of Arroyo Grande, as well as few minutes drive to Pismo pier, Pismo downtown, Golf course, sand dunes, local wineries and hiking trails. The 2 stories home features with elegant Mid-century modern decoration theme, gas fireplace indoor and out door. The house included water softener and instant hot water. Top level has a master suite w/ 1 King bed, working desk, and Jack & Jill bathroom; 2nd room has 1 Queen bed. Ground level has 2 bunkbeds (Twin over Twin & Full over Full) and 1 full bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with gas BBQ grill to cook a hearty meal for your friends and family.
To top it off, the Game room with a brand new Shuffle board, Foosball table, bar table and board games are awaited for entertainment. We hope many memories and laughter are created here.

This is a perfect home for me and my family and small dog. It was very close to Pismo Beach was which was our main purpose there. The game room was absolutely fabulous for the kids, the kitchen was labeled where things were located, which was nice and the rooms were perfect.

We really loved our stay in this house! We came to the area to attend a wedding. The house was minutes from shops and restaurants. It was very well stocked and super clean and cozy. The beds, sheets, and pillows were very comfortable and the game room and hot tub were a huge plus. We would definitely rent this house again! Thanks for the comfortable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Retreat—it was the perfect location for our weekend getaway! Conveniently close to Pismo Beach, Santa Maria, and SLO, the home was clean, comfortable, and featured a charming backyard with great patio furniture. Kimmy was quick to respond to our check-in questions, and we truly appreciated her excellent communication. We’d definitely love to stay again at her wonderful home!

Just what we needed. We made a trip over for our son’s 10th birthday at Mustang Waterpark up at Lopez Lake. The house easily fit us all comfortably. We appreciated that it was dog friendly as well as our pups are always with us. House was super clean and even had some toiletries in case you forgot your own. Kimmy was very responsive and accommodating. The game room was a hit. Shuffleboard was a blast!

Great family beach house

We booked this house to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Loved the home and they even had snacks for us. The game room and hot tub were a hit. Loved that the home was dog friendly. My only disappointment was that we were looking forward to enjoying time outside with the fire pit but we could not open the propane valve. Other than that the stay was great. We would definitely book again.

Lovely home for family time

The house was a perfect place to enjoy family time. It was clean and comfortable and we loved having the hot tub, fire pit, and game room. The town of Arroyo Grande is adorable and an easy walk. Hosts were very responsive.

AG Great Home

Perfect size for our family and pup - plus a very fun game room. Location was close to the downtown and not far from the beach. I gave 4 stars to check-in because the NEST heater in the home did not work. Repairs occurred early the next afternoon. Overall a great experience.

Great little getaway house

The property was pretty much everything we needed for two small families (4 each) to share a fun weekend getaway! The kids room with attached game room was perfect for our four kids and we all enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit for s'mores. We'd stay again!

Family trip for truck show

This is our second stay at this property. It's a nice spacious place and centrally located. We like walking to downtown AG, it's a bit of a walk but a nice walk. The games in the garage area always fun for the younger ones. The hot tub is a nice perk even though we didn't have time to enjoy it this time.

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay along with our 16 year old Labrador! The home was the perfect size and it was so convenient to have a bedroom downstairs. The kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk bed and playing in the game room. Very quiet and safe neighborhood, so close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Stay.

Perfect House for a family. Kids loved the game room. Minutes from Pismo Beach. The power went out in the neighborhood and the owners kept us very informed on the situation. Rules and regulations were clearly posted. The house was very clean and organized.

Excellent stay with convenient location

This place had everything we appreciate in a well run VRBO. Nice sheets and towels, well appointed kitchen, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms, comfy couch, easy check in process and convenient to walk to coffee and restaurants. They really have thought of everything. Quiet neighborhood with designated parking. Highly recommend!

The house was clean and the owner responded but….

Friday night was fine we slept well with the ceiling fan on…. Sunday, I was awake from 2:30 am all night due to a high pitched beeping sound from ceiling fan. I was exhausted the next day due to lack of sleep which impacted Celebrating our daughter’s graduation from Cal Poly. I texted the owner who responded and tried to give suggestions. We only used the remote to activate the fan… it was still beeping when left early. The owner dropped off donuts- it was a nice gesture but the lack of sleep ruined my day. We left Graduation and had to pack our daughter up. I am too old to not have a night of sleep and wished I had been at a hotel. It was totally unacceptable. Shana d’Alton, Ventura CA.

Home Away from Home

The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent. Beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the fire pit and kids and grandkids enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Location is great for visiting the beach. Would definitely recommend the home to others needing a place to stay in the area.

Not as advertised- Beware

1.Our family - grandmother, 5 adults and one teen, rented this home because the property had a Jacuzzi - yet after signing the required waiver, 5 adults could not open the lock. 2/3 nights it was not available. We also discovered all people in jacuzzi area are being filmed, not comfortable for our young girl. 2.Oven would not turn on 3. Front door alarm would not stop when we were leaving, so we were late for our game. Owner said these were all our fault. Owner has alleged some minor damage, which we cannot attribute to anything we did- VRBO said we’d need proof that we didn’t do the damage!!! To do that we would need pictures of a undamaged remote, a fence wall and a wire. Who does that? Also

Overall a great stay

Overall an enjoyable stay. The only issue we faced was non functional oven and we had prepped baked pasta just to realize the oven is not working. I was asked to share a bunch of pictures of error messages and I ended up wasting some time in that. Though when I called Kimmy she was very prompt to answer and suggested I use airfryer instead, for which I was not comfortable using the pyrex dish and they didn't have a metal dish that could fit in the airfryer. We ended up using microwave. I felt we had an impression that property is a lil bigger but overall it was sufficient for our group. Other than that we didn't have any issues and stay was confortable

Family trip for Truck Show

We were in town because my son had his semi truck in a truck show, so we made a family trip out of it. We loved the place and especially enjoyed the hot tub. We walked into downtown AG one evening for ice cream. Great location and very cute place, we would definitely stay again.

Cool house for a big family to visit the central coast!

We booked this spot for a bachelor party and it was perfect with the master bedroom, a queen bed, and lots of bunk beds for the rest of the people. The game room was cool and we definitely beat 1944 Loop Master, which was on the arcade console. The space was clean, all the gas cylinders were full, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Oh and it's definitely within walking distance of downtown AG. The only cons were a $50 charge to use the EV charger and having to sign a waiver to use the hot tub.
