„This is a wonderful place and a wonderful lodge. Manager/Owner Cameron was very welcoming and supportive. The lodge is very well maintained and equipped. Many lovely details, including a busy bird feeder on the porch. Free kajaks. We will be back. But: You need a car for this location. We were travelling by train. The place is approx 4 km from Crianlarich station and from the local Londis store, and shopping etc was difficult.“

„Stunning location for a relaxing holiday. Spent a week here with 2 children (ages 6 and 2) and had a great time. Safe outdoor space for the children to play in and they loved feeding the owner's chickens nearby. 5 minute walk to a pebbled beach which was ideal for tiring them out in the evening. Lots to do locally and further afield in Oban. The cabin is clean, with everything you would need for a weeks stay.“

„The situation of the lodge is stunning, with rowan trees around the property. The weather wasn't good during our stay, but we didn't have to move from the sofa to get spectacular views out of the windows! There was a selection of books to read, which I made use of. The beds were very comfortable & the heating system was easy to use, except for the fact that the heating controls in the bathrooms were at floor level. Our only other minor criticism was that the deck was a little slippery in wet ...
