You can see the Magothy River easily from the yard and several windows of the property. The community beach is accessible- only 4 blocks away with picnic tables, sandy beach, adirondack chairs (pics attached) for a nice hangout on a good weather day. Watch the cruise ships go by from the house and or beach. Parking pad for two cars in front of house and access across driveway for 4 more cars. The community clubhouse is across the driveway with basketball court, pickleball court, kids playground etc...Annapolis is 10 minutes away with countless restaurants available and plenty of history.
