Our “Little” Giant Sequoia mountain home is named after the sequoia tree in the front yard. This Arnold getaway in Lakemont Pines is only 2 to 3 hours commute from bay area. The kitchen has been upgraded recently with brand new appliances! Enjoy the tranquility of the backyard with spectacular hiking trails within walking distance. Nearby Bear Valley and surroundings is perfect for snow fun. We also have a nice 100" projector screen and projector with 5.1 surround sound in a theater setting.

- Maximum guests: 10 with adults and kids, can be stretched to maximum 11 if there are infants

- Quick access to local grocery stores and local restaurants in less than a mile
- Access to community lake in Lakemont Pines (1 mile walk) with beach, summer fun activities, life guard, free life jacket, and beach toys; requires car tags and personal tags (provided in kitchen drawer) during summer time.

- Most of the furniture and beddings are new
- Portable AC in the dining area for those hot days. All bedrooms and Living room have ceiling fans.

- Essential amenities include iron and iron board, hangers, first aid kit
- Washer/dryer with detergent
- Luxury Bidet with heated seat and warm water in Master bath

For the little ones:
We provide wooden crib (no linen or pillow), pack n play with a basinet and a high chair for our infant guests. Please bring your own baby linens and wipe clean the surface before use. Do note that the cabin is not baby proof and does not have safety gates, outlet covers or table corner guards etc.. The game room has chairs, table, books, board games for the toddlers and young kids.

Nearby experiences within 30 mins:
(our recommendation for a nature loving family - start with a morning stroll through giant Sequoias in Big Trees State Park, hike Natural Bridges Trailhead, lunch at Murphys downtown and spend a leisurely afternoon at Sourgrass Recreation Area)

For the hikers and bikers: Arnold Rim Trail head within walking distance from cabin, Natural Bridges Trailhead near Vallecito

For family fun: Calaveras Big Trees State Park, skiing/snowmobile at Bear Valley ski resort, Spicer sno-park, Sourgrass day use area by the North Fork of Stanislaus river, zip lining at Moaning Caverns adventure park, Sierra Nevada logging museum

For water sports lovers: kayak/canoe/paddle boat/fishing at White Pines Lake and nearby community lake

For the adrenaline junkies: class IV white water rafting at North Fork Stanislaus River, cross country skiing at Bear Valley

For the downtown vibes: Ironstone Vineyard/winery, numerous wine tasting rooms, restaurants and shops at Murphys downtown
