There was a minor hiccup with the another renter and the host reached out to me immediately to ensure the matter was resolved. I was in town for Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving Day game and the location was perfect about 10 minute drive to the stadium yet far from the hustle and bustle in a quiet residential neighborhood. „Owner was super responsive. The place was clean and well kept. Only issue is it said it had three beds but it only had two. The third "pull out bed" wasn't actually a pull out bed; so my friend just slept on top of the couch (no pull out bed).“

No bed stripping or dish washing or garbage emptying or mopping… They specifically noted that we are on vacation so we shouldn't be responsible for cleaning their house. That alone (besides it being a great, clean place) is enough for five stars!“
