„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“

„Wir haben gebucht mit gratis Parkplatz, gratis WiFi und Voucher für Konsumation, bei allem mussten wir in der Rezeption nochmals nachfragen, bzw. es wurde uns in Rechnung gestellt, wurde aber dann sofort und ohne Diskussion wieder in Abzug gebracht. Auch die Voucher wurden auf Nachfrage sofort ausgestellt.“

„A room with two so called “double beds” was sold for a family with a teenager. Thee persons had to sleep on two narrow beds, which of both is not considerably larger than a normal single bed.“
