"Personal sehr gut,stinkendes Bettzeug ,Kissen. Koffertragen muss man sich selber drum kümmern,obwohl ersichtlich behindert. Einfaches Frühstück,aber gut und vielseitig,genug und sauber. Erstemal gesehen und ich kenne viele Hotels wurde die Temperatur vom Essen gemessen."

"My room had a beautiful view over the Rio Bay. The beach is just opposite the street. The Hotel staff did an excellent job in organizing a day-tour around Rio and also to get me to the Airport. Very convenient: The terminal for the boat shuttle to the City Center is less then 5 min walk from the Hotel with operating hours weekdays only from 6-12 and 16:30-21 (holidays like Carneval no service)."

"O Hotel está muito acabado precisando de reformas . Os funcionários me parecem muito insatisfeitos, cheguei e tinha uma fila enorme para fazer o Chekin , fiquei 1 hora e 15 minutos. Teve até bate e boca com os clientes pois a fila era para tudo . Tive sorte de pegar um funcionário atencioso que fez de tudo para contornar a situação desagradável o sistema do hotel só aceitava CPF como tenho 14 anos fora do Brasil meu CPF está inválido e foi maior confusão pois meu esposo e filha são estrangeiros e meus dependentes na reserva também não aceitavam o n de passaporte.Por fim cansados deixei colocar um número imaginário como CPF . Minha experiência foi desagradável neste hotel e não recomendo. Funcionários mal vestidos uniformes precários e quarto todo ruim. O ponto positivo é a vista do Rj "
