The large custom deck has four cushy patio chairs, four pub chairs, Weber grill, designer privacy fence with pergola over the luxury hot tub. A few steps in the backyard is a welcoming firepit with 10 folding chairs stored in the sunroom. Plenty of dry firewood is located by the firepit, deck and fireplace.

The fireplace great room has tall vaulted ceilings with a new 65” OLED TV with a surround sound system. The designer wood fireplace has plentiful dry wood. Many board games are supplied. Solid hardwood maple floors are throughout the expansive first floor with tile floors in the bathrooms.

The full stocked modern kitchen features a gas range and convection oven, large granite surface working spaces including an island with four comfy chairs. Breakfast items include eggs, milk, various K-cups, freshly ground Colombian coffee, bread, Greek yogurt, butter, oatmeal, organic blueberries/strawberries, granola, home made maple syrup, cinnamon, water, apples, oranges, grapefruit, oranges and limes.
