Welcome to Seaside Magnolia!



From the moment you step through the front door, you are greeted by the subtle hues of the beach, with the elegance of a five-star resort. And its only 3 blocks to the beach!!

This beautiful luxury vacation home was designed and decorated with quality and island charm in mind. The main living level is on the 2nd floor of this home. It opens up into the airy living room, kitchen, and dining area. The timeless kitchen has all upgraded appliances, a large island, and is open to the dining room and living room with a view of the oasis style pool, backyard and putting green. There is plenty of seating, with 8 chairs at the dining room table, and four at the island, plus outdoor seating on the back porch. The pool has a sun shelf for small children, a spa, and is big enough for the entire family to enjoy! The covered patio has a bar, a side yard perfect for corn hole, and a separate seating area with comfy couches. All bedrooms have plush mattresses and bedding, as well as hand-picked decor. The master bedroom is a gem with its overly spacious design, balcony, huge walk-in closet, and luxurious master bathroom. Come vacation in this beauty!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.



We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including a private heated pool and a fully fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying your own secluded space.



Other Things to Note:

For your convenience, the home includes 10 beach chairs, a beach cart, a beach umbrella, and all the bath towels, beach towels, and linens you'll need—everything ready for a relaxing stay!



4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group.
