Beachy Boathouse Cottage, 2 BR,1BA, Private Pool, Steps to Beach and Bay-

Newly Renovated Boathouse Cottage is ready to welcome guests. New flooring, new beds, new furniture. Located on the west side of the duplex on the quiet street of Gladiolus on north end of Anna Maria. Removed from the condos, hotels, and crowds.

We are one short block from sunrises on the bay, and the historic Rod and Reel Pier. Two short blocks to sunsets on the gulf, and the pristine beach of Bean Point-the perfect place for shelling, strolling, fishing, boating or just a quiet time.

This 2 bedroom, one bath, duplex sleeps 4 and has ample living space with screened in porch, large private fenced in yard and heated pool. Many of you have stayed here in the past. As of 9/2020 under new ownership, both sides are available for rent, each side with private pool. The other side is called Angel Fish Cottages VRBO # 2053921.

Our patio is perfect for entertaining, outdoor barbeque's, and family relaxation. We provide beach and pool equipment.

Beachy Boathouse Cottage was better than we imagined. Our family of four enjoyed the pool and the short walk to Bean Point. The house supplied us with everything we needed for our stay. What a beautiful, extremely comfortable, and spacious place to call our home away from home. Everything was wonderful!! We had some trouble getting into the house with the pass key and the owner immediately responded to my messages to get us in right away! The house was beautiful, clean and felt like home. The beach items were such a help for us as we traveled via flying. The kids loved the pool and screened in porch as well! She thought of everything. Beach towels, beach cart, beach umbrella, beach chairs, pool floats and you're literally a 5 minute walk, from the beach. A very lovely place. Very clean. We brought our granddaughters, 8 and 15. Having the pool was super nice and they were in it a lot. We grilled out, a couple of nights, which is a nice option to have. Sat on the back porch and drank coffee, in the mornings. I have no complaints. AMI, is beautiful. We will definitely be back.

North Florida natives- husband, toddler, and I stayed here for a little beach trip and it was perfect! Owners were super responsive and helpful. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds and close to the beach. Condo had plenty of beach gear allowing us to pack lighter. The private pool was amazing for soaking up the sun while the baby napped and he had fun splashing in the warm water. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with anything needed for your stay. We will definitely be back in the future.

Patty's house is simply wonderful!Perfect and quiet location, just a short walk from the sea and beach.The house offers everything you could wish for. Tastefully furnished, very clean and a great kitchen with everything you need to cook for yourself. The large gas barbecue on the terrace invites you to barbecue. There is also a lovely pool with loungers, chairs and tables and a small lanai for when it gets a bit chilly outside.Beach towels and a trailer with beach chairs are also available.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.Thank you Patty for letting us stay in your house!

We walked into the space and gasped at how beautiful it was! Everything (sadly because of hurricane helenne) was brand new. Such tasteful furnishings and touches! The two bedrooms were both spacious. The kitchen had everything, including a great coffee maker. For a small beach house, it felt spacious! A back porch and a beautiful yard. And the pool was much larger than we could have imagined! Hosts were totally attentive, but we didn’t need anything because they thought of everything! Definitely hope to return.

LOVE the Boathouse

We had the best day. The house went above and beyond and preparing this property after the recent devastating hurricane. Everything was impeccably done, we could not have asked for better accommodations. The location is ideal, only brought from the beach. The only sad part is that the real pier was destroyed.
