Welcome to AMI LUCKY. Located on a quiet street with easy access to everything Anna Maria has to offer. The powdered sugar beaches, emerald green waters, fantastic restaurants and an uncanny ability to make anyone wonder how “lucky” they are to experience heaven on earth; Anna Maria Island.

Our 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home has been completely renovated and reconfigured with a wide-open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, beautiful custom woodworking and an incredible outdoor oasis complete with an expansive, vaulted and covered living room, a beautiful sun-filled pool and spa and a new extra-large dock overlooking a wide canal. And don't miss the large outdoor private shower. (If you have never taken an outdoor shower, indoor showers will never feel the same)

This ground level beach cottage allows you to live seamlessly from the indoors to the outdoors. There is easy access and beautiful views from 3 large sliding glass doors leading from the great room and 2 of the bedrooms. Guests can choose between covered or dockside “al fresco” dining or choose to enjoy the poolside living room or canal-side Adirondack chairs to sip coffee or cocktails as the dolphins swim by to say hello. (This really happens here) The light-filled interior includes a large great room with a custom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room.

Flanking the west side, a primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Flanking the east side is a hallway leading to 2 additional bedrooms both with their own bathrooms; one en-suite and one directly outside the door in the hall. Each bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, TV, and crisp linens and plush towels from our professional linen company.

Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WIFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Included in this Anna Maria gem is carefully curated, original artwork adorning the walls for your enjoyment. And, if you feel like playing the hanging ukulele, we would love to hear about it! Enjoy our home, we created this space with our guests in mind.
