„Everything was great!“

„Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp.“

„Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments.

We stayed for 2 weeks and the laundry room came in handy also, nice and enough for our needs. I would definitely recommend and I personally would stay again. “

„Everything was perfect! The breakfast is generous, and the rooms are clean. The rooms are cleaned regularly, and fresh towels are provided.“

„Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or ...
