LOCATION: This home is approximately 2.5 miles or 8-minute drive from the Angel Fire mountain activities. Shared community indoor heated pool located at the Angel Fire Country Club approximately 3.2 miles or 9-minute drive. Fees apply

INSURANCE: Most reservations come with accidental damage insurance, should you have an accident in the home. The Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 OR $1,000,000 coverage for property damage and bodily injury depending on the property.
SAFETY & SECURITY: For the security and safety of our property and guests, please note that we have 3 active exterior security camera located at the main entry (monitors driveway and garage door area), front door camera at the 2nd level (monitors the top of the stairs and the front door), and by the back yard (monitors the path between the garage apartment and the main house). These cameras monitor the exterior perimeter only. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private spaces.

All our properties are maintained by professional snow-plowmen; we make every effort to ensure the property is accessible upon arrival. However, please be prepared for extreme weather conditions. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is highly recommended. Resort Properties of Angel Fire cannot be responsible for guests' inability to reach the booked property due to the lack of a 4WD/AWD vehicle.
