- The property is not equipped with air conditioning
- Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is required in the winter months to access the property
- Neighborhood roads are plowed first, and then a private plow will clear the driveway. If heavy snowfall is expected, it’s best to park in the garage. If you choose to shovel near the front, back, or patio doors, please use extreme caution. Shoveling deep or heavy snow can be dangerous — do not over-exert yourself. Ice melt is available in the garage for your convenience
- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the pole in the yard facing the driveway. Camera 2 is on the front of the garage facing the driveway.
