„Great house to be in with friends and family. The game room kept everyone entertained and connected. The beds were very comfortable. The house was warm (winter time) and not at all noisy even with a good winter storm that came through. The playground outside was a fun fort for the boys in their snowball fight. To top it off the hosts were very responsive and helpful. “

When we arrived there were some things that needed attention (the coffee beans were low and not sufficient, one marshmallow bag was left open, the ping pong balls were all damaged, and there was not dish soap to fill the dispenser), but the owner was very communicative and quickly resolved issues. “

„First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. „We loved this house! We had a few couples come for the weekend for my 30th birthday. There were multiple living/common areas which made it easy and flexible. The bedrooms were quiet and clean. Bathrooms were amazing, I loved the towel warmers! It was close to the mountain so going to and from was easy. Only issue we had was getting an uber home from dinner in Warwick, so consider that if you’re leaving the area! Would definitely rent again. “
