„I've stayed at the Colonial Motel a couple of times, exploring the local area, hiking, kayaking. Places like the Colonial are increasingly rare these days. A welcoming and authentic place to stay- and it's the nicest building in town, refreshing pool, comfortable room, and a ten minute drive in several directions to recreation and decent food. “

The staff was so kind - we were greeted in the lobby by the owner (I believe?) and he was so incredibly friendly. The room was lovely and well-decorated - I especially loved the bedspread. And the pool is great as well. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit again! “

„Such a great little spot!! The few rooms in the Lodge are clean and comfortable, small and older but just great. The bedding was bleachy clean and the comforters seemed crisp and new. We felt safe and it was quiet… Once the jammin live music at the awesome Next door brewery and restaurant stopped that is! Food was incredible, beer and music was fabulous. We hope to be back again!!“
