There is a bathroom located on each floor and stocked with your starter amenities, and plush towels. In the lower part of the home is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The home has a game closet upstairs located next to the bathroom that has board games that take up those quiet nights. The front yard is fenced, and the rear yard has a large secured fenced yard for privacy.
